The ODU/Dish is not included in the delivery of the Cignal box kit. It will be provided by the installer during the scheduled installation.
The outdoor dish will be installed by a Cignal-accredited installer.
installation fees range from ₱1,000 to ₱2,000, depending on the location.
Should customer prefer not to avail of the installation service, customer may personally claim the ODU from the nearest Cignal Regional Partner. For further assistance, please contact Sari Mall Customer Service.

- 6 months warranty which applies only to the main unit and excludes all accessories.
- 7 days replacement policy is in effect for units deemed defective upon delivery or early use.
