Getting Started
Q: Ano ang Sari Mall?
A: Ang Sari Mall ay isang e-commerce platform kung saan may layunin na empower ang bawat sari mall partner sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng inyong mobile phone para mag-alok ng online na mga produkto at serbisyo bukod sa mga tradisyunal na FMCG products.
Q: Paano maging Sari Mall partner?
A: Step 1:
I-download ang "SariMall" app sa Google Play Store o i-click ang link sa ibaba:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sarimall
Kapag natapos na ang pag-download, buksan ang app at piliin ang "Create an Account."
Sagutan ang hinihinging impormasyon. Tiyakin na aktibo at gumagana ang inilagay mong email address at contact number.
Pagkatapos gumawa ng account, makakatanggap ka ng email mula sa SariMall para sa susunod na hakbang na gagawin. Buksan ang email at i-click ang "Complete Registration.â€
Step 2:
After clicking complete registration, you will be redirected to the second registration form kung saan kailangan mong i-upload ang iyong mga valid IDs.
Sagutan ang hinihinging impormasyon. Kung may TIN ID ka, isang valid ID lang ang kailangang i-upload. Kung wala kang TIN ID, maaari mong ilagay ang iyong TIN number at mag-upload ng dalawang valid IDs.
Kapag nakumpleto mo na ang iyong registration, makakatanggap ka ulit ng email confirming receipt of your documents. Also, isa sa aming mga representatives ang magva-validate ng iyong application at makikipag-ugnayan sa iyo sa loob ng 3-5 working days.
Once your registration is successfully validated, makakatanggap ka ng pangatlong email to inform you na pwede mo ng simulan ang inyong Sari Mall Negosyo at kumita sa bawat benta.
Note: Kung kayo ay existing Maya Business agent, hanapin ang “Sari Mall†icon sa Maya Business App then tap “Register.†Gawin ang Step 2 ng registration process to register in Sari Mall.
Q: Paano ko malalaman kung registered na ako?
A: Meron kayong matatanggap na pangatlong email to inform you na pwede mo ng simulan ang inyong Sari Mall Negosyo at kumita sa bawat benta, kaya importante na maglagay ng valid or active email address.
Q: Anu-ano ang makikita ko sa loob ng Sari Mall?
A: Sari Mall has mobile phones, motorcycles, appliances, wi-fi Negosyo package, broadband products at marami pang iba. Meron ding Postpaid Plans, Telco and Non-Telco products, Health Pass, Games at Bills Payment.

Account Setup
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Ilagay ang inyong “username†at pindutin ang “Forgot Passwordâ€; check your email then follow the given instructions. Same process should be followed kapag username ang nakalimutan.
Q: Can I change my username?
A: Hindi maaring magpalit ng username once created in the system. Kung ano ang username upon registration, that will be your permanent username.
Mobile Application
Q: Ano ang Sari Mall wallet at paano ko ito lalagyan ng laman or i-top up?
A: Top up your SariMall Wallet so you can earn from digital products, message our customer service:

Q: May minimum top-up ba sa retailer wallet?
A: Walang required minimum load but we encourage you to load at least P5,000 upang ma-accommodate ang pagbabayad ng bills at kung may bibili ng Sari Wifi load at iba pang digital products.
Q: Paano ko gagamitin ang Sari Mall wallet?
A: You can use your Sari Mall Wallet to purchase digital products, sell Sari Wifi vouchers and to pay bills from the platform.
Q: Ano ang Telco e-load at paano mag-load nito?
A: Telco e-load are prepaid load that you can sell to prepaid accounts. Just follow the loading process on the platform in order to load. – This feature is currently not yet available.
Q: Ano ang Vivamax at paano magbenta ng subscription?
A: Vivamax is a Filipino streaming platform that offers a wide range of local and international movies. It's known for providing access to Filipino entertainment, including films from different genres. Piliin kung anong plan ang bibilhin ng customer at ilagay ang kanyang mobile number at email address(if available). Advise the customer to download the Vivamax application from Google Playstore at mag-create ng account. Ilagay ang subscription code to be able to start watching.
Q: Ano ang MWELL at paano gamitin ang health pass?
A: Ang MWELL ay isang health application na ginagamit sa online doctor consultation by appointment. The customer needs to download the MWELL application from Google Playstore then mag-create ng account. Mag-book ng appointment sa preferred doctor at ilagay ang health pass code to redeem the MWELL pass. Tap “confirm booking†and wait for your doctor to accept the request for consultation. After the consultation, your Electronic Medical Record will be sent to you via email.
Q: Paano ako magbayad ng bill sa Sari Mall?
A: Puntahan ang “Bills Payment†at piliin ang biller category ayon sa gusto ninyong bayaran na bill. Il agay ang billing details ng customer and double check. Pay the amount of bill and enter the payment details on the platform. Once successful ang payment, makakatanggap ka ng text message confirming the payment transaction.
Q: Anong types ng bills ang pwede kong bayaran through Sari Mall?
A: Lahat ng included sa biller category list ay pwedeng bayaran through Sari Mall.
Q: Gaano katagal bago mai-post ang mga bayad ng bill sa Sari Mall platform?
A: Ang posting ng payment can vary depending on the biller’s cut-off time or type of bill you’re paying.
Q: Ano ang dapat gawin kung may problema sa pagbabayad ng bill sa Sari Mall?

Q: Ano ang PLDT Home at paano magbenta nito?
A: It’s a household internet connection using fiber technology provided by PLDT. I-click lamang yung “PLDT†icon at sundan ang application process including uploading the documentary requirement.
Q: Ano ang mga games na available sa Sari Mall?
A: This service is coming soon.
E-Commerce Website
Q: Paano mag-loan ng motorcycle at ano ang mga requirements?
A: Mag-apply through the “apply now†button na makikita sa ilalim ng motorcycle picture na napili ninyo and fill out the online application form. Complete the application process and press the “submit†button. You will receive a call from one of our customer representatives so please keep your line open.
Q: Ano ang Sari Wifi Negosyo package at paano mag-load nito?
A: Purchase the equipment from Sari Mall at pwede ka ng magbenta ng limited internet access to your customers through a wifi network. You can load by purchasing your preferred Sari Mall denominations provided.

Potential Earnings
Q: Paano ako kikita sa Sari Mall kapag nagbenta ako?
A: Electronic Gadgets and Appliances:
You may earn a certain amount sa bawat benta depende sa brand. During checkout makikita mo kung magkano ang discount and that is your outright profit.
Motorcycles and other products not included in the outright discount:
Service Fees will be released bi-monthly through your Maya account. The first payout period covers the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second covers the 16th to the 30th or 31st, depending on the month.
Q: Magkano kikitain ko sa Vivamax?
A: You can earn up to 3.5% of the purchased plan.
Q: Magkano kikitain ko sa Bills Payment?
A: This is variable depending on the biller.
Q: Magkano kikitain ko sa PLDT Home?
A: For each completed and activated application, you will earn 60% of the rate plan. This may change without prior notice depending on the discretion of the principal partner.
Orders and Deliveries
Q: Where does Sari Mall deliver?
A: Mobile Phones: We can ship nationwide, but it is dependent on the courier's serviceable areas.
Motorcycle: Manila, Oriental Mindoro, Batangas, Laguna, Palawan, Cavite, Camarines Norte, and Albay
Appliances: Metro Manila and Bicol only
Sari Wifi: Metro Manila and Bicol only
Q: Anong payment methods ang tinatanggap sa Sari Mall?
A: Pwedeng magbayad through credit card, Maya, Gcash, cash, bank transfer at loan through our accredited financing partners.
Q: If I order online, can I still opt to pick it up at the ComWorks Head Office in Quezon City?
A: By choosing “pick up at head office†from the mode of delivery upon checkout ay pwede mag-pick up sa Comworks Head Office, Quezon Ave. Quezon City.
Q: What if I can’t personally pick up the item?
A: Paid Order: Message our support group and provide the name of the representative. An authorization letter along with a copy of your valid ID shall be provided by the representative upon pick up from the nominated branch.
Cash Upon Pick-up from nominated pick up locations: Provide only the order number or the order details to the branch. Refer to the list of branches provided.
Q: Can I book a courier of my choice?
A: Paid Order: Message our support group and provide the name of the representative. An authorization letter along with a copy of your valid ID shall be provided by the representative upon pick up from the nominated branch.
Cash Upon Pick-up from nominated pick up locations: Provide only the order number or the order details to the branch. Refer to the list of branches provided.
Q: For Door-to-Door Deliveries: Do I have to be present to sign for it?
A: Pwedeng mag-iwan ng authorization letter at copy ng valid ID ninyo sa taong magre-receive ng order kapag hindi kayo available to receive the item.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: There are several factors that may affect the shipping fees: Location, item size, item price. Makikita ninyo ang total shipping during checkout ng product.
Q: Can I send my order to a different address as a gift?
A: Puwede kayong mag-order to be shipped to a different address. Ilagay lamang ang pangalan at address ng gift or item recipient sa “SHIP TO†when processing your order.
Warranty and Repairs
Q: Ano ang warranty ng products?
A: We will follow the warranty procedures and guidelines of each product brand.
