Sari Mall - Cignal Play & Pilipinas Live Refer and Earn Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The program is open to all Sari Mall Partners who have an active account with us.

Activation Service Fee Process

SariMall Partners must scan the QR code or click the provided link to access the referral submission form. SariMall Partners must accurately submit their personal details and upload any required screenshots as proof of referral.

Activation Service Fee Criteria

An activation service fee will be given for new successful registration and subscription.

An activation service fee is deemed successful once the referred customer completes the required registration and initial top-up transaction.

The actual Activation Service Fee amount may vary based on the top-up value and applicable taxes, if any.

All successfully referred customers must be submitted and uploaded through the Referral Submission Form.

Activation Service Fee Distribution

Customers of the Sari Mall Partners are required to purchase their initial top-up exclusively through the SariMall Platform. Other platforms such as GCash, Maya, and similar services shall not be used for this transaction.

The Activation Service Fee will be credited monthly to the SariMall Partner’s SariMall Wallet. This activation service fee is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

Program Validity

The program is valid until further notice.
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of activation service fee.

Data Privacy

SARI MALL PARTNER warrants that any personal information disclosed to COMWORKS regarding SARI MALL PARTNER’s customers is collected, processed, stored and shared pursuant to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 or Republic Act No. 10173. COMWORKS warrants to use, disclose, store, retain, or otherwise process personal data solely for the purposes of performing its obligations under this Agreement.

SARI MALL PARTNER authorizes COMWORKS, its employees, duly authorized representatives and related companies, to collect, use, process, store, and share to third-party service providers, financing companies, and Merchants, the personal information or data, including sensitive personal information, of the SARI MALL PARTNER in connection with: (a) performing the purposes of this program, (b) complying with the rules and procedures of Merchants, financing companies or payment portals, as applicable, (c) paying fees and amounts due to the SARI MALL PARTNER, and (d) complying with legal processes. The personal information of SARI MALL PARTNER shall be retained throughout the duration of this Agreement and/or until expiration of the retention limit set by laws and regulations, unless withdrawn in writing by the SARI MALL PARTNER. All decisions made by the company regarding the program are final and binding.
